If you’re struggling with anxiety – I help you acknowledge and then work through your issues with anxiety, stress, overthinking, and worry. The thoughts that won’t go away or keep you up at night or distract you from daily tasks. I get to know you and start slowly peeling back the layers to see what’s underneath the surface, what makes you tick, what are you holding on to, what are you trying to control.
If you are struggling in your relationship(s) – I work with you as an individual within your relationship (marital or dating, parenting, family, or friendships) to find your voice and express what you need, and help you find ways to maintain healthy boundaries. Only YOU have the power to change yourself. Together we will work to discover your strengths and courage to take the steps needed toward healing in your relationship(s).
My approach is relational, interactional, empowering and down to earth, and also faith-based as needed, meeting you where you are spiritually. Therapy with me isn’t all serious and stuffy. I want it to be enjoyable for you, as this is your investment to becoming a better you! Sometimes we laugh. Sometimes we cry. But in our sessions together, we figure it out for you. Because at the end of this, you will have a better understanding of yourself and will have more confidence in how you interact in the world.
