My approach is relational, interactional, empowering and down to earth, and also faith-based if needed, meeting you where you are spiritually. Therapy with me isn’t all serious and stuffy. I want it to be enjoyable for you, as this is your investment to becoming a better you! Sometimes we laugh. Sometimes we cry. But in our sessions together, we figure it out for you. Because at the end of this, you will have a better understanding of yourself and will have more confidence in how you interact in the world. I value you as a human being who is willing to take this rewarding step.

What it's like working with me.......
My Education & Experience
I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Child Development from Cal State Northridge (CSUN) in 2000. I took time off to be a mommy and went back to CSUN in 2004 for my Master of Science in Counseling degree (emphasis in Marriage and Family Counseling) and graduated in 2007.
I took a year off to continue being a mommy and then worked full time at a non-profit mental health agency until 2011. I then worked in a private practice setting under clinical supervision. I received my California State License in 2013 and opened my own private practice the same year.
I have over 16 years of experience working with all ages, different ethnic backgrounds, and a variety of demographics and populations, which has led me to my specific niches that I love.
